   A Wizard Tower builds media tools for businesses. This policy covers the data those tools handle, including the Media Lab's connection to Google Photos. Effective 2026-08-26.

   What we access

   When you connect Google Photos, we use the Google Photos Picker API: you select specific items in Google's own picker, and we receive only those items — never your library and never the ability to browse it. We request one read-only permission (photospicker.mediaitems.readonly) and nothing else.

   How we use it

   Selected media is used solely to provide the media-management features you requested — cataloging, editing, and publishing your own content. We do not use it for advertising, we do not sell it, and we share it only with the infrastructure providers that operate our service.

   Limited Use

   A Wizard Tower's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs to any other app will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

   Storage and deletion

   Data is stored with our infrastructure providers (Vercel, Supabase, and Cloudflare) and retained only while you keep it in the tool or maintain your account. You can delete any item, disconnect Google Photos, or revoke access in your Google Account at any time.
