General notes

The current text in full, numbered the way a drawing numbers its general notes.

  1. These terms govern your use of the media tools provided by A Wizard Tower. By using them, you agree to these terms. Effective 2026-08-26.

    Your content

    Content you create, upload, or import — including media from Google Photos — remains yours. You grant us permission only to store and process it as needed to provide the tools to you.

    Acceptable use

    Use the tools lawfully and for your own media work. Do not infringe the rights of others or disrupt the service.

    Google Photos

    Your use of the Google Photos connection is also subject to Google's Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.

    Service and liability

    The tools are provided "as is," without warranties of any kind, and A Wizard Tower is not liable for any loss arising from their use to the extent permitted by law.
